Qi Gong Teacher
Qi Gong is an ancient practice of gentle yet energizing movements designed to bring balance, flexibility, and vitality to the mind and body. In my classes, we practice a series of movements that cultivate energy, build stamina, increase focus and clarity, and promote overall good health.
Qi Gong can be done by people of all ages and abilities, and one of the aspects of practicing is that the exercises can be as gentle or rigorous as you choose to make them. Also, I encourage a fun, relaxed environment where we don’t take ourselves too seriously. In this way, we get the most out of the practice without any feeling of self consciousness.
